I may be suffering from tinfoil poisoning, but hear me out. Recent polling shows that if the election was held today, he would lose to either Trump or Desantis. Another poll said something like 68% of registered Democrats don’t want him to run again. His scandals are mounting, his ineptitude is apparent. The run up to the election will be brutal on him.
Now this is where I may lose some of you. I think he would be worth more dead than alive to the left. If the Left can take him out of the equation with a “right wing domestic terrorist” version of Lee Harvey Oswald, think of how that would play out. It would be effortless to demonize Trump, the GOP, and every Republican in the country. Of course the patsy will be using an “assault rifle”. That may even get the DC scumbags on the right to go along with neutering the 2nd amendment even more. More domestic surveillance. Instead of eviscerating our clearly corrupt intelligence agencies, they get more funding.
Making him a martyr may solve many of their problems and cement their political dominance for quite some time. I know it’s crazy and unlikely. I really just wanted to get it out there with the hopes of seeing where some of you can take it as a thought experiment.
I mean sure, I’d love to watch the CIA pull that one again…and have a skeptical country see completely through it. Could be a 2 birds one (Oliver) Stone type deal!
I could see it thought I don’t think it will happen because like others said, he is a great puppet.
He won’t lose to anyone who runs against him because the left figured out the cheat codes to the game. Mail in ballots, harvesting, drop boxes, no chain of custody, ballot dump at 1:30am. They did it twice in 2020 first nationally and then in the Georgia Senate special election.
Taking that extra step would help them for sure, but they don’t need to yet. Maybe AFTER he is re-elected. Then they can use it as justification for all sorts of garbage like you said. 9/11 gave us the patriot act. They already staged their own Reichstag Fire with January 6th, so I could totally see this happening. I just think it would make more sense after the election. Cheat him back into the WH, then do it.
Not a chance in hell. He’s part of the machine, even if he is old and befuddled. They’d sooner erect a statue in his honor, for all he’s done for them.
What exactly do folks consider the “deep state”??? From my point of view, there have been several different deep state actors. You have all the stuff that Cheney, Bush, the CIA and other alphabet actors have been controlling behind the scenes via the military industrial complex and government “cooperation”. Back when obamma was… gak… preside… gak… he put people into positions that they still occupy. At the end of his term, he put several cabinet members into career positions in the government that continue to act on his behalf. What I see from all of this is that even when Trump was President, you still had some of the upper, mid and lower level entrenched career people in charge of government departments who kept the liberal narrative going and continue to do so. Even though things might change somewhat at the top levels of government leadership, the entrenched liberal agend continues to move forward from these career government actors. Right now, they have a mind numb robot and a flat out idiot of a 'ho in both top positions to do their will, so they don’t want to get rid of that control for sure…
My definition of deep state is very broad. It icludes anyone placing the interests of a party or the government, before the interests of the people or the constitution. That can also include lying about everything to create or generate a narrative. If you are a liar and are in government, you are deep state. The liars in the media is encompassed in my definition as well.
Several of the usual suspect “News” organizations are reporting to their followers there is nothing in the Durham report. You know none of them will read it so they simply parrot the narrative.
The Leftists would be stupid to NOT have that plan as a contingency/“plan C, D, WTFE”.
