Do they make any rails to put on standard black handguards?

A buddy has an ar with just stock handguards with heatshields. Are there any rails he can put on through the holes in the top or bottom so he can mount a few things?

If so, do you know where I can find them?

MOE handguards are cheap and have rail sections to mount anything you want.

I know its not exactly what your asking about, but its inexpensive and a more sturdy option then standard handguards imo
