I recently built an AR Pistol (BCM 11.5" upper and a lower sporting a SBA3 brace).
What discreet rifle bag do you use to carry your complete pistol? Mine is about 28".

Right now for a 10.3 with folder I’m using a Red Rock Operations Duffel, but I’m also a bit of an oddball that my gun-bag also has to pull double-duty as a laptop case for my big 17-incher.

With enough dorky cable-clutter, that might be enough to help soothe the sheeple into thinking “oh, just an overloaded IT pro”… those two right-side front pouches are planned to become hard-drive caddies once I figure out how to route the USB cables and mount the USB hub.

Easily holds a pistol, folded AK or a broken down AR. Front pockets can hold lots of mags, paperwork and a can. It can be worn like a backpack or carried like a briefcase. I have thrown an Arc’teryx patch on mine and have had several people ask me when Arc’teryx started making that bag (clueless of what it is). I own a bunch of discreet bags and this is hands down the best. I need to order another one.

Stop by your local thrift stores and find a discreet bag that of the proper demensions. I found a tennis racket
bag to be perfect for my pistol. Now I refer to my pistol as my “tennis racket.”

I really like the GYM-E bag…but damn the price tag about takes my breath away. While the bag is long enough to hold my pistol, it doesn’t look like it will fit in/out cleanly through the smaller zipper (shorter than the length of the bag). But…the design is fantastic. (The vertical tension webbing transferring the weight to the padded bottom is brilliant)
Yeah - the price has gone up since it was introduced - it’s definitely not cheap. You can put longer weapons through the top zipper - as the end compartments have ‘false’ dividers to allow the weapon to extend into them. Sometimes you can slip it in that way. If not, the end compartments open up so you can slide the weapon in from the end:

I bought one of MM’s gym bags just after it came out. Very well made, and nobody gives it a second look.
Highly recommended.
My other favorite bag is one of the sterile backpacks that John Noveske made in a limited run.
I have looking at the non-“e” version for a while now, says is will accommodate uppers up to 16", that would be plenty big enough for me and is a little cheaper.
