Disapproved EForm1 Question

I’m looking for advice on my next steps for a disapproved eform1 to sbr an SP5 via a trust.

The reason given to disapprove is “incomplete rpq”. I submitted several questions through the ask the expert feature but have not heard back. I also called and they directed me back to the ask the expert process.

I want to redo it but I need to know how to fix it first - are there any other ways to contact a live person to help?

When I had a question, I just called the branch, after a 5 minute wait got my answer. I’ve got to dig up the number, if anyone else has it chime it, been years.

good luck getting anybody to answer you back… they’re so busy it may take months if ever for them to answer you ! your reason for disapproval is an incomplete Responsible Person Questionnaire
