Trying to take this thing all the way down, and I can’t seem to get the omega rail to separate, I have removed the screws but cannot seem to locate what is keeping the rails together.
Anyone have a thought?
Did you remove the four small hex screws from the rail going into the barrel nut?
well that is why when you get frustrated you are supposed to stop what you are doing and take a 5 minute break.
I was looking on the opposite side for those screws…

No problem, they’re easy to miss if you’ve never installed or removed them before.
And the four hex screws at the barrel nut do not need to be removed completely, just loosened.
