It is a size Medium and Coyote in color. The system has a pouch in the front that allows for the insertion of a triple AR Mag Pouch(Included) or a single AR Mag Pouch and Double Pistol Mag Pouch(Both also included)
AR Mag Pouches have bungee retention, the Pistol Mag pouch will fit Glock and Beretta M9 Magazines amongst others and uses a nylon retention strap with Velcro.
It utilizes a buckle system to attach but is compatible with a cummerbund(Not Included)
