Why would Desantis hop in bed with Jeb Bush and Karl Rove? Why Ron?
For starters, of all the Bush brothers, ironically Jeb is probably the closest thing to a true conservative. When Debbie Wasserman managed to pass a version of the Clinton assault weapon ban in Broward County, then Gov. Jeb Bush reportedly told her to get out of his office and stop wasting his time with nonsense like this.
I dont blame him, she is one ugly woman.

Karl Rove is a walking POS, Merely speaking to him should disqualify anyone from the nomination.

DeSantis will not prevent Trump winning. Trump, the MSM, China, and the marxist, I mean Democrat, party may prevent DeSantis winning. Trump is not a viable candidate on multiple levels.

It’s still soooo very early but my guess is that DeSantis is frustrated that his campaign isn’t getting any traction and is polling on par with RFK. The launch of his campaign was a poorly conceived dud. On the campaign trail he can’t buy a decent sized audience. To add insult to injury, DeSantis’ super PAC spokesman just publicly confirmed how bad it is, and summed things up by saying “If we do not prevail, we will make President Trump better for having this kind of primary." Oh my…
So… maybe DeSantis is getting prematurely desperate by reaching out to to those who say invading the US from our southern border is “an act of love” and none-of-the-above voters in the Bush clan.
Meanwhile… Trump has a rally in a SC town with a population of less than 5k and 50k show up, and is leading by 30+ points among a crowd of a dozen presidential hopefuls.
He’s like his brother, father & grandfather…globalist swamp rats the lot of them.
The fact him, romney & all the other rinos support desantis make my hair stand on end…hell, even hillary likes him.
That bitch just wants to get close enough to slip a blade between his ribs.
Lets look at the cast of characters;
Bush, Romney, Rowe, etc.
That should be enough for you to know what’s coming up if he is beholden to these people to get him elected.

First and foremost, unless we get a grip on the fraud there will not be a Republican sworn into the White House in January of 2025.

Even if we do get a handle on the cheating, Trump is a douche who will alienate as many as he attracts, and considering he lost the popular vote to the most vile human alive in 2016 that doesn’t bode well.
Either way, DJT will NOT be President in 2025. Some of you guys need to come to that realization and get off the juice. 'Cause on the morning of Wednesday, November 6, 2024 (or maybe that week since that’s how long it takes to obfuscate the vote results) there is gonna be a “call out” of all those responsible for Gavin Newsome [insert other Marxist here] being the President-elect. Then I wanna hear all the excuses of why a commie will be our “leader” for the next four years…at a minumum.
He will alienate more then he attracts and we will end up with 4 more years of Brandon etc, if more don’t wake up and realize that. I will not hold back from saying “I told you so” here when/if that happens. I think Desantis would make a good to great POTUS, but even if he’s RINO type ultimately, he’s zillion times better then any Dem currently.
This^^^^. The Republican Party is too gutless to call out, stop and contest all the fraud so it will continue. DJT was the man we needed at the time (2016) and, if his ego wasn’t so big, he would realize his time is past, step aside and find and endorse a candidate who can win.

In more normal times, with normal thought processes in place, DeSantis would be the odds-on favorite. But noooo, we have to have the Cult of Personality and all his sycophants to fvck things up. Even with all this rumor of DeSantis being in bed with the Bush’s or a RINO, all you have to do is look at his record as governor and it speaks for itself. There is no perfect candidate, but DeSantis comes as close as anyone in 2023. Sure as hell better than that blowhard Trump, and how he’s gonna do it right this time, double pinky promise he will! :rolleyes:

As he’s my Gov, and done mostly an outstanding job, he’s clearly his own man, and I see no problem with his having those who know how to win on his team as advisors. No chits given on my end Rove etc involved in helping him gain the WH.
Neither the orange guy or Brandon have the brains, smarts, class, or actually care enough about their nation to get the hell out of the way. In that respect, they have much in common.
At the risk of stating the obvious… Anyone who doesn’t want four more years of a democrat in the Oval Office should vote for the GOP nominee.
I understand DeSantis supporters are frustrated at this time. If they wish to tantrum and not vote if Trump is the GOP nominee, or vote for Biden, that’s on them. I certainly wouldn’t change my primary vote to appease either group or their misguided voting rationale.
