Winchester Ranger 230gr RA45T standard pressure.
Speer Gold Dot 230gr. jacketed hollow point. You may want to be more specific about the 1911 you’re referring to. Barrel lengths and calibers vary and thus so does ammo choice. Some 1911s are picky eaters so you may want to try to get your hands on some different types to see what runs best.
