This person attempted to make a large purchase from me as well. The billing address was from NY and the shipping addy is the one you listed. I asked him to send me a pic, or scan, of his ID and Credit Card (ID covering all but the last four digits of the CC). He never provided the creds i asked for, so i cancelled his order. If you have an online business, it is best to disable automatic Authorize and Capture of credit cards. Make it so it Authorizes only, and for you to manually capture the charge. This adds extra work, but it can help give you time to validate suspicious charges and avoid Chargebacks. I got hit with a few Chargebacks this year, but after starting to ask for proof, I have not had any since.

He has guns for sale on 5 different sites I just reported him on Long range hunting as a few other members noticed his adds on other sites.
