I just ordered a Daniel Defense 4 RII with the 16 inch barrel. I also ordered a Holosun AEMS to put on top. What kind of accuracy should I expect?
if its just factory Gov profile 16" CHF barrel from DD you’re looking at 1.5-1.75 moa with standard 55gr (PMC, Wolf Gold, Armscor) but its a 1 MOA gun with match ammo, here’s a pic from last year with a 16" DDM4V7 upper I recently just parted with. 69gr Fed Gold Medal Sierra Match king

You are using an AEMS, so you aren’t buying that for accuracy. With a stock trigger and AEMS, it is going to come down to ammo selection, your eyes, your use of fundamentals, and your overall abilities. If you were scoping it and using a match trigger, or upgraded trigger, along with match ammo, you should be expecting around 1 inch at 100 yards if you were decent on the trigger. However, its still going to be a measure of variables that we can not accurately answer.
You should be ok regarding quality and consistency of you, your equipment, conditions. You have a 2 MOA optic therefore, aside from “cheating” up on the red dot a bit, you should be satisfied w/ a 2-inch accurate hit at 100 yds.
Yea, not so much an accuracy set up, but the gun will shoot better than you, which is a good thing.
