Daniel Defense M4 V11 Pro?

Hi:

Does anyone know the release date of Daniel Defense’s new M4 V11 PRO?

I know it was shown at SHOT show in January but I’ve heard nothing of when they will be on the market…

Thanks!

Keep an eye out for one at Primary Arms. They get shipments in from DD quite often. The Pro is currently showing out of stock.

I found out.

April 1st.

You save $0.99!

That’s pretty good lol

Multiple times a year they run $400 off coupons on Daniel Defense. I’ve been tempted several times when seeing those emails!

That’s a helluva rifle. That SLim rail looks good too. I like how they kept the heavy duty bolt up of the Lite III. I wish there were more like that.

I got a March build date for mine :frowning:

Can’t get here soon enough. Gives me time to figure out glass i guess.

If you guys are looking for DD rifles give me a shout.

Anyone care to comment on these rifles? They have been out quite a while now and little information exists on these. Similar to the V11 SLW, but with a longer rifle length barrel, better trigger and charging handle. Looks like a nice rifle.

Anyone stand next to one of these on the firing line at a class? Is the brake as terrible to be next to as other popular gamer brakes?

I had a class this year and stood next to a guy with a brake that was just miserable to be next to. I don’t want to be that guy.

I own one, posted a review if you search for it.

My only complaints are the SD-3G trigger is more of a game gun trigger and I prefer a two stage. I also will probably change the pistol grip for something with more back strap on it, for more consistent trigger reach. The muzzle device is a little blasty, might change it out as well.

Otherwise the rifle is very good, not too heavy, rail is nice and slim, shoots very well with good ammo. Recoil is light and the gun stays flat.

It says competition shooters for multigun matches in the description.

It does, but that doesn’t mean the rest of the rifle can’t be used for other activities or duty use. Just swap out the trigger for a 2 stage, and put on a less blasty muzzle device.

I built out a rifle like that on DD’s site and it cost way more than the $1570 I paid for my V11 PRO. So, I got some spare parts. No big deal.
