Grant / G&R Tactical
If you are in the market for anything AR related you can do no better than Grant. I ordered a custom complete DD lower from him and he had it to me in five days. The lower was extemely well put together with quality parts. On top of that I contacted him today concerning an 11.5" upper that I am building. Instead of taking my money and performing some services that were not needed or would result in diminishing returns, he explained how to do some things myself and how the other services were not needed. I may be preaching to the chior here seeing as how Grant is pretty well known, but I would feel amiss if I did not put this out there.

All of my custom builds will have this lower from now on. This is hands down the best forged lower that I have ever seen or fondled. Deep, crisp rollmarks, large flared magwell, in-spec for the LPK, and it just feels “beefier” in all the right spots. My only regret is that I didn’t use this lower for my recent SBR stamp. Oh well, looks like the Gov will be getting another $200 from me.:smiley:

Glad to hear you got a DD lower can’t wait to see your pics.

I ordered mine on Feb. 23 but made some color changes and a ASAP swap too.
Dang me and my special order crap. I am still waiting for mine to ship, it’s like a fine wine.

Yeah… love my dd lower, too. I was really, I mean, REALLY wanting a territorial lower, but it wouldn’t drop a pmag so I settled for the dd… a fine lower. Nice flared mag well and a very consistent finish. Topped it off with one of grant’s lpks. Good to go! Now I just need a trigger guard… wink wink…:wink:

Since we have a lot of DD lower fans, what do you think the interest is in a Factory registered SBR version???

You could count me in. It would be awesome to have a quality DD lower that I wouldn’t have to drop the value in by engraving my name and such on it.

i had ordered the stripped lower, with a G&R LPK, much to my surprise, Grant had installed the parts for me. he doesn’t know this, but, i had a stroke thanksgiving day and debated as to get one i had to put together myself, as my right hand and arm don’t exactly work just right. sooo,thank you Grant,you have done your good deed of the day for a decrepit old man, just wanted to publically thank you.[my plan was to fool with this, if too much, i was gonna take this lower to birdsong’s and have it black-t’ed, he would put it together when finished,as well as D.D. upper] thanks again----

If I had the capital - I’d be all over a factory SBR lower. Unfortunately it’s not in the cards for me now.

Just got my DD Lower from G&R an hour ago.

Came exactly as expected, 100%. Packaged well, built and delivered fast.
Pictures on the way!

PMags don’t all drop completely free, though. :frowning: It’s so, SO close though. A very fine sand paper to the mags will clear it up perfect.
