Today I talked to a rep from what appears to be a new armor manufacturer, Dakomax. They have a plate that is IIRC compressed Dyneema with some other type of coating material. I was invited to shoot the plates tomorrow and bring other ammo besides the M193 they are shooting. From looking at the sticky it looks like SS109/M855 is the enemy of these type of plates so I have some of that to try. Anyone know anything about these plates?
ETA: Oh well, I wasn’t able to go so I don’t know how they did.
