Item Description: Czechoslovakian Mauser model 98/22, cal 8mm Mauser.
Both stock and metal are in good shape. Bore is frosted from service with corrosive ammo. However, there is a lot of life left to the bore. The grooves are deep and the lands well-defined.
No matching numbers, but it doesn’t show many numbers anyway since it’s a contract rifle. It has Turkish or Persian (I’m not sure) range markings that can be seen in the pic below. It does have the cleaning rod and capture screws.
This piece of history can be yours for $225 or trade. If you want it shipped, I’ll need an additional $20 for packing materials and UPS/FedEx shipping (with tracking info supplied at time of shipment).
