I have a kevlar I was going to modify and operate in, it very light weight. It must only be about a level IIa or II but its real nice. It does not have the helmet pads or the harness yet. If you get this I would suggest the Oregon Aero or something similar. I know my MICH was about $400.00 or $500.00 so I imagine this is around that, minus the harness. I gave her a little veg job also, might have an extra set of pads new in the bag around here somewhere, is you get this. I also out some velcro on her for my IR strobe and IR patches.
