Custom low profile ambi safety - kinda like the KAC one

I wanted less interference with my trigger finger but still have it be usable to help sweep the safety up - so today I dremeled and filed away on my RRA ambi safety and here is the result. I added some serrations to the front for extra grip too. I will have my local gunsmith parkerize it later when finalized.

Thoughts? Suggestions to make it better?

Also from guys who run ambi alot (as a right hander) - how do you use them?

I think it will look much better when it is finally park’d. Nice idea.

I bought one very similar from a guy making them on TOS. His latest ones were Stag and mine left a big gap on the right side of my Colt 6920 lower. I’m not sure if that’s normal or out of spec Stag parts. I like the idea though.
