I had this 1911 built on a new Colt XSE LW Govt frame one year ago. It was a built by Ed Vandenberg as a carry gun. It also weighs about a oz less then my HK45CT. The steel feed ramp installed means, you don’t have to worry about the frame being eroded over time. The nowlin barrel is the best I’ve used in a 1911, just incredibly accurate. This gun is a work horse.
