I purchased a CTR combo kit from JTAC Supply in Dec 2006. It came with the mil-spec receiver extension, CAR buffer, spring, and rubber butt pad. The combo pack was probaby something he put together himself. Anyway, the locking lever on the stock comes loose after firing several shots. I don’t know exactly how many shots it takes before it is loose, but I know it is less than 20.
Is this normal?

Thank you. I’m wondering if I should take OD measurements of the receiver extension and ID measurements of the stock in order to verify that I do in fact have a mil-spec receiver extension and mil-spec CTR stock. Or are there external markings on the stock?
