Crye stuff

I love american manufactures:

Selling combat pants to hipsters brings a tear to my eye…especially when they go for $500 a pair:

In other Crye news…does anybody have Crye news? I did my pants/shirt restock a month or so ago and asked about the LEO1 and combat suit, nobody would say anything. I am sure its because CS doesn’t know dates and not them being Apple style secretive. None of the normal outlets have details so I thought I would ask.

I did get the new modular riggers belt and like them a lot for pouches and such. Putting them on requires so prior planning but once they are on you don’t really notice you are wearing a mini battle belt. Because its seated through my belt loops it doesn’t flop around. Quick movements don’t cause the belt to flop around or ride in either direction. I like that because Ive had a radio pouch with a battery cable ride to one side and cause the cable to slightly disengage. I didn’t realize I wasn’t getting any traffic for almost an hour.

Great, I can’t afford their $200 pants. Now with hipsters paying $500 for them I don’t see their prices getting softer any time soon. Bankrupting hipsters is a noble cause though!

LOL, about damn time! With the fading wars come renewed interest in the clothing of yesterday…for hipsters.

Here’s hoping I can finally wear my tricolor cut off shorts without feeling like a hipster. If they can afford that, good for them. Good for Crye too, looking a step ahead into high paying customers.

There are few things that I despise more than hipsters. I hope they chafe.

You have to love Americans… 500 bucks for a pair of skinny jean crye pants. Crye’s stuff is cool but I would not pay retail prices for their clothing. I can have my custom talior sew up stuff far superior in stitch quality and cheaper too.

I would like to see Thier profit margin on those hipster pants. I guarantee that they cost less to manufacture than they’re mil line of clothing.

I just can’t get over how the proper hipsters are just now discovering that there are articles of clothing which are comfortable because they were designed to actually perform a task, instead of meet some fleeting demand for fashionability.

I can’t get over how much stupid people pay for a pair of pants. They are pants!!!

to be fair, TAD was doing this since its inception, selling to san francisco hipsters.

But guyezzz (insert limp wrist), Brad Pitt wears the them toooo . . .

Anyone catch World War Z?

I really want a PVS-14 in Crye. I don’t know why; I don’t have any gear in that color, but it does look cool!

Vans used Crye MultiCam in a line of skate shoes.

What am I missing? Is there a particular Crye color?

Relevant; American hipsters aren’t the only ones paying stupid amounts of money for special pants.

I’m going to start pretending to be a SEAL and sell everything I own as official DEVGRU high-speed gear. How much do you think I could get for my TruSpec BDUs if I claim I was wearing them when I shot UBL in the face?
