Eotech exps3 And Aimpoint pro with Larue mount
About same price …1/3 co witness both
Seems like most like Aimpoints . I had a eoteck on my last Ar and liked it .
But not ruling out Aimpoints. Guess I got to see them both side by side.
Not sure I want a magnifier but if I do which is preferred.
Battery life once a year would work on a Eoteck in my case .
But it’s hard to beat 3 years plus on the aimpoint .
Which will cowitiness better ?
I suggest doing a search on the subject. There’s tons of EOTech vs Aimpoint threads. They both cowitness, however the EOTech is lower third & the Pro is not quite.
A little helpful advice when you do a search, make sure you spell your query correctly.

Cowitness is cowitness. One really can’t do a better job at it than the other. Don’t forget that there are other EOTech models that have a absolute cowitness if you’d rather have that.
I don’t think an exps 3 and the PRO are in the same price ball park. The EXPS is usually in the $500-600 range depending on vendor. The PRO can usually be had for around $400. If you looking at the PRO don’t get ripped off. Once the same applies to the EXPS, if that’s going for $400 new I’d be real skeptical on its legitimacy. Eotech is running a rebate program with $60-$150 back right now depending on what you get. I think $60 or $75 for just the optic but up to $150 with the magnifier. Google the eotech rebate and you can get full details.
