My safety seem a little lose, it clicks and stays but is very very easy to move, I had bought a bunch of extra springs before I did my build, is there a difference in detent springs and safety springs, I know stupid question, but if my mistake helps others it has value…
Yes, the is a slight difference - if you bought a lower spring kit there would also be two of them.

Occasionally you’ll also find a grip where the hole for the spring is too deep, reducing the spring tension. I’m away at the moment and can’t grab one to measure, but you can drop a drill bit into the hole and compare the depth to another one.
Put a spacer in to make it tighter.
In addition to the other suggestions above: Could the spring have kinked when you installed the grip?
In my experience with the safety selector issues (while I was a Battle Arms partner), the spring itself rarely is the problem. Spring pressure, definitely accounts for the majority, but the over or under pressure is caused by external factors, like the spring hole depth of the pistol grip, at sometimes, the receiver itself.
Often enough, it’s also caused by a worn detent. Take a look at the detent in use, and compare it with a new one, and try the new one. The selector center’s detent groove and holes are all different. M16 spec detent holes and groove will not work on semi auto selectors, and not everyone uses the same dimensions for the detent holes and groove. When comparing detent holes and grooves, on a dozen MIM selectors, we found no less than 3 or 4 different dimensions on these.
To my knowledge, there is no MILSPEC standard for semi auto selectors.
We (Battle Arms) invested in much time and resource in finding the depth, shoulder height and angle, hole depth, “ramp” angle, etc. for a balanced rotational smoothness and positive detent engagement.

The KNS detents always seem to be top notch. I would try one of theirs and a new spring. As mentioned before, grips aren’t always made correctly when it comes to the spring hole depth. Cutting a few coils from a second spring to install ahead of the safety spring is a quick fix to the issue.
This guy (Dalton Wayne/Capt Jack) is a known scammer and con artist. Been outed on a number of forums. AKfiles, Glock talk, the S&W Forum, and FL shooters.
Check the hole depth in the grip… A new spring won’t solve the problem if the hole is too deep.
Let the drama stay on those forums.
