Helicopter crashed on foggy mountain. No word on survivors.
“DUBAI, May 19 (Reuters) - A helicopter carrying Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and his foreign minister crashed on Sunday as it was crossing mountain terrain in heavy fog, an Iranian official told Reuters, and rescuers were struggling to reach the site of the incident.“

You have to love it when a guy has so many enemies that they don’t know if he crashed, landed hard or was shot down.
Me, I will bet some internal drama caused all of this and if he didn’t die yet, he will in the hospital.
In Iranian government, presidents are just interchangeable gloves for the ayatollahs’ hand underneath. This guy, next guy, a distinction without a difference.
Hopefully there will be no survivors.

Well the actual value is a person in a perceived position of power who can tell other countries things like “we are only interested in peaceful applications of nuclear power”, “of course we don’t actually hate Israel”, “we very much want a productive relationship with the US” and crap like that.
