Congressman Dan Crenshaw - Pete Davidson - "Unlikely"

The Huffington Post and other “news agencies” have been quick to state that Veteran and Congressman Dan Crenshaw was an unlikely friend to Pete Davidson.

IMO, nothing could be further from the truth. Not only was it not “unlikely”, it was quite possibly the ‘most likely’ person to reach out to him.

I can tell you why the Left media wants to paint this as some aberration. They are afraid of what candidate for POTUS Dan Crenshaw may bring.

I don’t know anything about Dan Crenshaw other than he is a war hero. I have heard him speak though. I saw him on SNL when Davidson apologized to him and I saw how he turned it around. I also saw a group of female leftist getting on his case about Trump and how he handled that which was really nice. Basically boiled down to ‘no I’m not fond of Trump’s methodology but his message is good’.

ETA: Don’t ask me what I was trying to say there… I am still trying to find the video. I’m thinking now maybe it was pre-election night. Maybe not female leftist, I may have conflated that with something like that show with Whoopie Goldberg. I do know I saw them try to pin him on Trump though. I will find it and correct my statement once I do. The point is, he’s a straight shooting type guy that deserves attention from every side. Also it wasn’t so much that he shot anyone down or even defended Trump. It was his mindset. It was that he believed the mechanism to be valid regardless of the messenger or political nature.

Not sure what you Mil guys and guys from TX know about him but he seems like a guy we need to get behind and find more like him.

He’s not the political oddball that the left wants to paint him as. At least not from what I’ve seen. If he can help other young republicans get their act together that would really be nice. I would like to hear what others know of him. 2A stance, border. He seems like he can take the stage over and command attention no matter the situation. We need that.

Anyone know anything? He’s got the Left talking and the worse thing they can say is “unlikely”. That’s a good sign.

He was a class act in the way he handled the situation and how he initially responded to it. I’m not surprised he reached out to Davidson and I don’t believe it to be a publicity stunt. I hope he does great things in his time in office.

I absolutely agree and would add he is probably one of the few people who really cares if Davidson lives or dies. There is no fake concern or hamming it up for the press.
