Confused on aimpoint H-1 pricing

I’ve been looking at getting an aimpoint H-1 and you have the best price on one with an adm mount. The only thing I noticed is that a normal H-1 costs the same. I was just wondering why does the one with the adm mount cost the same as one without it? Thanks.
