Colt Officer's Model Sight

A friend of mine has a Colt Officer’s Model and wants to put upgraded sights on it without any drilling and cannot find any that fit. He really likes Tru-Glo or something similar. Does anybody have a recommendation? Thanks

I replaced the rear sight on mine with a 10-8 national match (no modifications). Then I drilled the dot out of the front sight (with a home shop drill, nothing fancy) and tapped in a 24k bead.
