Colt Chrome barrel Markings

I’m thinking about buying a Colt upper I found for sale and am wondering if the barrel is chrome lined.

The seller says it has a 0 stamped into the barrel under the handguards and that means it’s chrome even thou it doesn’t have a “C” on the top where I’d expect to see it. Is that true?

It’s an 16in A2 carbine upper he said was made in the 90’s

If it is a Colt and isn’t one of their stainless target barrels then it will at least have a chrome lined chamber. If it is 1/7 then it should have a chrome lined chamber and bore.
