Hi I just got a new M4/6920 Carry handle for Flat top carbine. It has the 6/3 markings on the elevation knob. My question is, when I turn the sight all the way down/bottom out. Should the 6/3 numbers be on the hash mark or is it supose to bottom out -2 or -3 clicks past the 6/3 mark. The US Marine manual says the knob should stop -3 clicks past the 6/3 mark and the US Army says it sould bottom out on the 6/3 mark. Which one is right? I know about the Santos revised battle zero but I want the stock settings from Factory. I just checked my knob and it stops/bottom outs at -2 clicks past. Thanks any info will help
Had to dig mine out of a closet. Upon review mine does not go past 6/3. It’s factory, came off my 6920 after purchase.

I was checking my Army field manual and it does say it should stop at 6/3, so I’m not really sure why the Corps manual would say otherwise unless they are working with maybe an older gen. carrying handle. Or maybe it’s the other way around. My 6920 is relatively new so maybe the newer ones don’t go below 6/3. Idk, it’s just a guess on my part.
