This Colt 20" HBAR (1:7 twist) upper receiver assembly is in need of a new home. The upper is in good condition, with minor signs of use here and there, and good rifling. Unfortunately, I could not get a good picture of the rifling with my cell phone. The upper does not come with a bolt carrier group, but it does come with the charging handle. Detailed photos can be found below.
