What’s with this thing? Says proven to improve reliability as well as soften rearward movement. My Armalite has superb reliability but was thinking there might be something to prolonging the life of the upper.
Also, these GEN II Anti Rotation Trigger and Hammer Pins, will they fit my Armalite. Somebody please go into more detail and explain this feature to me…

The insert is just slowing everything down. You can do the same with with a heavier buffer (like an H2).
The KNS pins will fit your Armalite. The purpose of the KNS system is to keep your hammer and trigger pins from walking. If these pins walk, you will get a nice “click” instead of a “bang.”

Some people also find that KNS pins give you a more consistent trigger pull due to their stabilizing of the trigger pin.
This is probably more true of the first gen though as the second gen bars “float” on the hammer pin instead of being rigidly screwed into place.
