Okay, tax return time and I want an AR Middy Upper (probably) after view the “Chart” and reading I’m leaning towards the BCM and I must admit if I’m spending the money, the big consideration is do I want or do I not want to spend the extra for a Hammer Forged Barrel? Seems to be about $100 premium, I hear it’s worth it even if one probably won’t really need of notice but the improved quality. BCM is clearly “up there” on the “Chart”.

With shipping and all that would be about $664
I can get the same set up except for a BCM, with shipping from Bravo for $711 so a bit less than $50 to go with BCM. Both have Hammer forged Barrels, not sure about barrel material the Spikes is 4150.
Spikes did not make the “Chart” but many seem impressed. I’m more of the type to buy a good product and keep it. Looking for opinions and I do wonder why Spike is not on the chart?
