Clearfield, UT cop hassles, assaults, and arrests handicapped man for legally crossing a street. It appears the Clearfield pd hassling this particular guy is common
Among the other agency support for the incident, the agency backs the action by claiming high crime areas(ie, where they have failed to deliver their advertised claims) give them a legal justification to violate the rights of innocent parties.
And y’all wonder why I’m so down on the sick freaks who murdered that guy’s squirrel in New York and trying to come up with Get Their Creds Yoinked strategies…
That was a repeated topic on Rogan’s interview with Elon Musk. I hadn’t paid it much attention because I figured the real story couldn’t be that absurd.
Apparently NY lets violent felons out of jail almost immediately, but has the resources to shoot pet squirrels?
They also have resources to punish peaceful firearms owners.
That case came to mind while watching one of the Santenello videos where he was interviewing a New York Sheriff who claimed the state didn’t have the resources to go after someone for assault(iirc, the example was someone walking up to the victim and punching them in the face) unless the injuries were severe.
