Class #4 had a mix of Military and LEO. This had been suggested by the former M P SGM and we accomplished it Thursday 5-27-10

Can you provide more details? I have a good friend in Sierra Vista that is always looking for good training opportunities.
I will have three classes (at least).
The Free base Handgun class which is an INTERMEDIATE level class for Military and LEO folks. (300 rounds) Register by calling MWR at 520-533 7085.
The FREE Advanced class which will be Handgun and Tactical Shotgun, By invitation for the graduates of the Base Class. (200 rounds handgun 30 rounds of slugs)
A Civilian approved Base Class, this one cost’s $60 dollars, the same course taught for the military but for civilians. (300 rounds of handgun)
June dates, 24th Base class for military and LEO, 25th Advanced class by invitation.
30th Civilian class.
July 22nd Base class for Military/LEO, 23rd Advanced class by invitation.
29th Civilian class.
on the 24th I will have instructors from the Cochise Sheriff’s Dept, Tombstone Marshall’s Office, Douglas P D, Bisbee P S. Ft. Huachuca MP Det.

We had a great two days of training. I think some other members here will post AAR’s. I’m happy because in both the Base Class and the Advance class we managed to drive folks physically hard enough to reach the end of their learning curve.
In the advance class we had 5 Departments represented and an equal number of military.
planenutz. We moved the ammo count to 300 rounds for the advanced class also. Some of the drills were more difficult that we thought and they took an extra run or three to perfect. But It turned out really good.
The July classes filled quickly. Both Wilcox and Douglas Stations of B P are in them along with Cochise Sheriff’s and a bunch of Army and Air Force folks.
I’m returning to FAS in August for advanced training myself so will resume classes in September at Ft. Huachuca.
