It will be time when we’re legislated into criminals. An no, we won’t be treated as well as the Occupy folks. We’re all potential “domestic terrorists” to this administration and probably half the general population and we’ll be treated as the “dangerous” individuals that they think we are.
I don’t think there is an opportunity to show disobedience peacefully if you’re on the Right side of center.

All I know is, everytime I’ve seen video of riot police using the LRAD sound cannon on a peaceful assembly, I secretly hope someone takes a big chunk out of it with a .338 or something. Break their toys

Civil disobedience, no. What we need to do is cultural infiltration: be socially visible, take new people to the range, wear gun company logo polo shirts, ties, etc., and communicate with the general population in as many positive ways as possible. The other side has done this for decades hence why TV got Will and Grace, Modern Family, etc. and why the White House occupant is thought to be normal instead of blatantly unAmerican as he is.
That’s my plan…cultural infiltration. I’m headed down to our local range this weekend with my company checkbook. I’m going to cover the range fee for everyone that shows up. I’ve sent out multiple Facebook invites to the general public to show up and see how responsible gun owners use guns. They are going to know who paid for it and I hope they spread the word. My business is one of the largest in the community. Hopefully people will recognize that a large employer in the area publicly supports the 2nd Amendment and it’s O.K. for them to do so also.

I like the cultural infiltration idea as well. What do you guys think about wearing an empty OWB holster in ‘gun free zones’? There was a guy from an OH forum who was doing this at OSU.
I heard on Quinn & Rose the other day from an anonymous caller. He said witnessed a discussion with DHS and Ohio State Patrol. DHS asked if OSP would aid in confiscation should civil disobedience occur. They responded with a NO to that.

I met a guy at a church function recently who was wearing a LaRue hat–we instantly had a lot to talk about in a room full of people who otherwise were saying nothing to me.
I recall seeing videos of that shit tested.
