Win for some at least, undoubtedly chafing others.

This also touches on the frequent claim by state/local LE that they don’t enforce federal laws that typically gets touted when federal anti 2A initiatives pop up.

Civil asset forfeiture is theft.

In the good old days thieves used to get strung up and hung from the neck until dead.

We should revive this punishment and start with law enforcement officers and their leadership who engage in civil asset forfeiture.
