That is some kinda cool.
WestJet has a genius in their PR department.
ETA: And I’ll bet those folks didn’t even care when they missed their connecting flights and none of their luggage showed up. 
That is very cool. Good on WestJet to do something so nice and unexpected.
Couldn’t help but notice the sponors (Best Buy/UnderArmour/etc.) provided the goodies, while WJ provided the “elves”. It appears they did this for a single flight. Still genius PR on their part.
That is cool of them.
I do wonder though, if the socks & underwear dude was sayin to himself, “damn, why didn’t I ask for a new laptop??”
