Changing from carbine to midlength question.

I switched out my Stag upper for a BCM midlength. Do I need to change the buffer or the spring or both? Thank you.

No.

I still suggest an H buffer, however. I have ran both flawlessly. The H buffer feels smoother, thought its probably just me thinking that.

I have an H buffer on the way. How about the buffer spring?
