Will the longer stainless steel bristles on the chamber brush scratch up the chrome chamber at all?

I wouldn’t use a SS brush. Use a bronze brush. Paired with a decent solvent or CLP, that’s all you need to keep the gunk in check.

The longer SS bristles don’t typically enter the chamber. If you push the brush in too far, the bristles tend to bend at their base and the bristle tips don’t enter the chamber.

The longer stainless bristles don’t get into anywhere to damage anything, you’re fine.

Ok, cool. I wondered if just the turning motion of the SS bristles would scratch the outter most part of the chamber.

I guess I am being a little paranoid as the chrome chamber must be pretty durable anyway.
