I have a NEW Century Arms C15A1 stripped lower it had mag drop issues and i took it to a local gun smith and the issue was resolved (mags were really tight)
So i would really like to trade this for an upper 14.5" at the shortest not looking for an nfa upper
Also for the right upper i have a PSA moe lower parts kit & dpms commercial stock assembly i can through in to make it a complete lower ALL PARTS ARE NEW
