does the cutout allow use of the bayonet lug?
A SF Scoutlight on a Gear Sector mount next to the FSB is gonna be waycool. I hope you sell complete uppers Monty. I’m lovin my 12". Thanks for a great product.
You need to bring soft focus back!
Weight?
Dammit. These pics are making me reconsider my original plan of installing the 12in C4 I have.
They are available for order now. $320
I’ve asked this question twice and it might have gotten overlooked but I think it’s a valid question.
does the cutout on the bottom of the rail allow use of the bayonet lug?
It appears they altered the original design to maintain the lugs functionality
Do WANT! ![]()
man those look so fantastic
it does not. or it might if you are saying that the final design was changed to allow…
but I just got a reply from Monty that says the intent is not to allow access to the bayo lug, simply that clearance was needed for the lug as it wouldn’t fit inside the profile of the rail.
my interest in this is that at first glance it appears it might. and simply leaving it open invites questions as to whether it does. regardless of whether it does or does not, it’s good kit and I intend to get one. I’ll just have to make do with the bayonet on pistol that some company produced some time ago…
:jester:
That makes sense.
Im sure you can find a picatinny rail adapted bayonet lug you could mount on there somewhere.
Might makes right.
Stick, 14.5 or 16"
That’s a 16-incher.
16" it is.
Thanks Stick.
