Can't find rules on posting limits

Hey, I’m a new member–long time lurker.

I’d like to reply to some of the classifieds, but don’t have permission. I can’t find the rules regarding posting on classifieds. I’m assuming there’s a minimum post # before I have permission?

This is frustrating indeed, and discourages participation, but rules are rules I guess. Can anyone copy a link to these rules?

Again, I’ve looked, and can’t find them.

As stated in the above link, while you have to have 30 meaningful posts to create your own ad, you can still respond to another’s via email or pm. No one is allowed to post directly to another’s classified. This is an effective way to keep people from shitting on another’s ad in the EE.
