Can you ID this RDS?

A friend gave this to me in 1994. He said it was a South African military RDS and it is designed to fit in the carry handle of a M-16. It does not have any markings.

Its an arms song led its old. Or its and aimpoint one of the first

Wow I had no idea they were still selling them.

Funny how “Armson OEG” became “arm song led”. I’m assuming that’s an auto-correct issue.

That was quick, thanks guys.

Same here…I wonder how many they actually sell nowadays.

It does work.

You will have that quite often around here, Todd…stupid “subject matter experts”

You mean “it does work” as in, it is easy to hit targets with it? I’ll bet it works pretty well.

But, for the same price as a SPARC or Strikefire from Vortex…

I got it for free and obviously time has left it behind but for what it is yes I was accurate with it and just saw on the web site that the dot is 4 MOA.
