Can Wilson sling points attachments be used with Magpul's Stock/Forearm?

I have them front and back on my 870 now and hope to keep them if I buy the MP stock set.

I just got the Magpul forend and it would not work with my GG&G sling loop. The Magpul forend actually extends past the magazine.
