Can anyone tell me the street price of the new AAC 762-SD suppressor?

I’m looking to see what the going prices are for the AAC cans these days, I know I’ve never paid MSRP for any of my cans, does that still hold true?

I really like the looks of the new 762 SDN-6 for the Blackout, it lists at $1050, but is not available - yet.

The new 51T 762-SD lists at $875.

Anyone know someone who can make a deal on them?

I know a place selling the old 7.62SD (18T) design for a good price. I’m sure you know this already but Major Malf usually has the best price.

This place is in the Commonwealth and they might have some stock on hand:

Might give them a call on the telephone.

Shivan,

Doug at SSG might have them in stock.

As for deals, I’d also check the Major and Bullseye.

What’s everyone paying? No need to mention who sold it publicly, but I’d like to know what their going for these days.

“If” he returns your emails.

I would wait and see what surfaces at shot.

There’s no reason to take shots from the weeds.

From AAC or in general?

AAC. Look at the history (I have no inside information):

5.56 - Updated with new M4-1000, M4-2000 models in 07, 08.

22LR - Updated with new Prodigy, Element in 09.

9mm - Updated with TiRant in 09.

45 - Updated with TiRant in 09/10.

7.62 - New 762-SD(N) can announced recently, but no announcement yet on this technology going into 762-SD or SCAR-H-SD or “whatever”. Seems to me the 762 line is due.

Truth be told, I am probably going to hold out to finding this one, it’s M4-2k size for 7.62.

I’ll be waiting in line with you. No cuts

Since you brought it up Shivan,
the 762-SDN-6 is awesome. It’s much smaller than the 762-SD, actually a little quieter, but a TINY bit heavier.

It is also much more expensive than the 762-SD, it’s in line with the MSRP of the M4-2000. That is because the guts are all Inconel.

That all said, we are making them now for the MIL, and are planning a SHOT Show general availability.

For the money, a 762-SD is a great 308 option still.

I would love a little hint drop Jason… I have pretty much settled on a 7.62 SD for my next can. But now that you guys have the SDN-6 with the “new technology” I guess I will have to wait and see in January. I don’t need all Inconel, but quieter would be nice.

Jk

That would be the key for me since this would be going on a 12.5" Noveske barrel…

I guess I’ll just wait.

The updates inside the 762-SDN-6 don’t necessarily translate to better performance across the board in other models.

If i was looking into a 308 can soon, I’d be very happy with the current 762-SD. I am not aware of updates to it in the near future.
It is also a very good value at it’s current price.

Sorry, can’t give hints on other stuff other than to say at SHOT there will be awesome stuff for rimfire, pistol, and rifle. Variety is the spice of life, right?

I hoping to have some trigger time on one sometime soon!

Hmm maybe instead of getting my M4-2000 in December Ill wait another month or so.

M4-2000 Mod11? Now with twice the Inconel for half the price?:sarcastic:

oooooh, Leonidas with suppression! Love my 14.5" soon to be suppressed with a Quicksand. Small and quiet with big stick knock down!

Until that day,
Darkop
