Many of us are familiar with the spray “Camp Dri” product for sealing tents.
It can be used to make any gear a little more water repellent.
Medical bags are great for this, remove contents and spray down with Camp dri. We use it heavily on rucksacks as well. If we know it’s going to rain bad when we are heading out, I’ll hit our hats with it as well.
I sprayed down BDU’s with it years ago for rainy weather. I’d soak them in it and let it dry then wear them it helped prevent staining too.
I’ve been reluctant to use it on clothing like that in large areas.
I probably need to do this and check it under NV afterwards.
