This type of stuff has always been a pipe/wet dream of mine but this State reorganization/secession movement seems to be getting more popular. NY and CO have been making noise

I really see a major clash between the urban and rural citizens in this country. In PA, where I am, you have Philadelphia Co basically controlling the political destiny of the entire state while sucking tax payer money. There were precincts in Philly that had 100% of the vote go to Obama.

PS: and despite what any dopey history teach told you, there is nothing unconstitutional about secession. The Civil War didn’t somehow settle that.

Really, this whole country is Balkanized. When the USA comes apart it will come apart like Yugoslavia.

If my geography is correct you may want to avoid Purple, Orange and possible green. Unless you like to dine publicly in the nude, than purple would be a good choice

Seems like a good idea, especially in California.

As an alternative, you could just void the huge number of laws on the books in some of these states that are in violation of the state and/or federal constitutions.

My opinion was that ONLY the BLUE states should have Obama’s fukking retardation and Policies apply to them. And those idiot states should pay for his spending. Let Stupid voters enjoy Stupid policy.

The issue is that most Blue States aren’t blue if you take out a major city. If you travelled all over PA WITHOUT going to Philly, you could never understand how it was possible ANY democrat could get elected at any position

We would also need laws banning their bailout when they go broke…which would happen within 5 years

So there would be ten new faces in the US Senates. How would they vote?

I’m concerned about judicial appointments with Senate confirmation. I’m not sure this would help us.

Not at all. Cali suffers from the same plague as other states where the big cities control the state but most of the rural people vote right. SD just voted a republican as mayor in a landslide.
