I want to put a 12" M4 rail on my Optics Ready Carbine. Will the DD rail fit over the stock low profile bushmaster gas block?
The M4 Rail 12.0 will not fit over the stock low profile gas block. You will either have to do a lot of grinding on the gas block or just replace it with another that will fit. I would suggest replacing it.
