The Oct 16 - 17 Defensive Carbine class is fully booked with 18 students. This was done before I could even advertise the upcoming class so due to popular demand, Bushido Tactical will be teaching another class on November 20 - 21 in Orlando for students on the waiting list and anyone else seeking to attend this course.
Bushido Tactical welcomes any make of carbine rifle with open sights or red dot optics. AK’s and SBR’s are also welcome.

Range safety rules and commands
Combat mindset / coaching
Carbine nomenclature and weapon accessories
Sighting in your rifle from various distances
Pretest
Rifle handling:
Proper equipment placement, stance, grip, breathing, trigger control, sight alignment,
shot placement, various reloading options, bilateral shooting, malfunction drills, various
shooting positions, weapon transitional drills, various distance shooting, shooting from
behind cover, shooting on the move, slings.
Night shoot - depending on location
Post test
Equipment list:
Ball cap or hat
Shooting glasses
Ear plugs or muffs
Shooting gloves or band aids
Camelbak hydration system or water bottle
Range chair
Hand towel
Sun screen
Protective knee pads (elbow pads – optional)
Decent outside pistol belt holster– leather, kydex or duty - (no I.W.B.holsters)
Decent outside belt magazine pouch (at least to hold 2 spare magazines for pistol or
carbine but only if you have one for the carbine)
Decent leather belt
Rifle sling (for on your rifle optional)
Ammo: 1000 rounds (for the rifle caliber of choice)
200 rounds (for your pistol as a secondary weapon)
Spare firearm or spares (in case your primary rifle breaks during the class)
Primary rifle – (what you own or compete with)
Pistol – for weapon transition drills
Spare rifle magazines – 2 x (minimum, more the better)
Spare pistol magazines – 2x (minimum, more the better)
Magazine loader – if you own one
Weapon mounted light recommended
Decent flashlight with spare batteries and bulb.
*Tactical gear if you wish to train with it
