Anyone have experience behind one of these? I’m looking at 1-6 scopes and found this scope. I’ve found a few reviews on the 1-5 version which seems to be same except for magnification, but virtually nothing on this model.

Looks like it would be a nice scope if they get it out for different cal like the review said,if it was calibrated for 308 and about 12oz lighter I might be interested,I like my 1-6x24 for now and it’s about 17-19oz’s.
I like mine even though it could lose some weight. Glass is clear and reticle is decent. The downside is that the Bobro 34mm QD mount at its furthest forward still puts the eye piece too far back for me. Would not be a problem with a monolithic upper or if you shoot stock fully extended. I ended up using on an SPRish build with bipod and A1 stock where I can tolerate setting in more rearward.
Don’t ask for groups. No glass can make these old eyes shoot well. Just less worser.
Oy, I didn’t realize how long that scope is. I shoot with a collapsible stock about half extended so I probably would struggle with eye relief on this one. Maybe the 1-5 would be a better fit for my needs. I’m looking for a 1-x scope for a 14.5" upper and I think this would be a bit large for my application.
I’m a big fan of the TR24 1-4 - lighter and shorter with good eye relief. And the 30mm Bobro mounts are much cheaper than the 34mm. But the 8 power is mighty nice for an SPR type gun.
I own this scope. The advertising $$$ spent on it was excessive. I have it mounted on my LWRC IC and ditto as to what uffdaphil said. It’s a big scope but the optics are decent and I do love the dual plane i.e. FFP and Second FP reticle. The illumination is daylight visible (just barely for my old eyes) but it does come with a Burris FastFire red dot so not a deal breaker. The scope holds zero and tracks well. Used it several times on a hog hunting expedition. One outing was walk and stalk so hogs were close 20-30 yds so the Fastfire came in very handy. The other outing I was in a blind and nailed a 135lb’er about 110 yds away. The hog was circling the feeder which was ranged at a 100 yds. The vermin was smart I reckon from all the hunting pressure from a fixed blind. He would not come closer to the feeder so I popped him behind some brush behind the ear. This shot was taken around 7PM so it was low light. THe illumination worked stupendously. For the money and the optical range plus Dual FP I would buy this again. The Burris Fastfire was a nice deal sealer. If you want to go lightweight this is not the scope but then again you are looking at 1-8x.
What are you planning to do with the scope. THis was a perfect match for my hog .223 hog rifle but I will probably move this scope to my 300 BO SBR.
