As the Progressives continue fueling the fire or racial tensions & inflating the black communities sense of entitlement, blacks will be acting out more often and on a larger scale. I’d prefer the Emperor’s nakedness finally be revealed. The more radical they get, the more they push the moderates the other way. The moderates were leaning left for years because they were sick of the right constantly adding new laws and government programs to regulate and restrict moral behaviors with which conservatives disagreed. For example, most people supported gay marriage with the attitude of “Oh, for Pete’s sake, just let them get married and leave them alone!” They thought, as I did, the idea of a Constitutional amendment banning gay marriage was utterly idiotic. But then the left went further and said no, you’re not allowed to just let them get married. You must openly and actively support them. You must not be allowed to even personally be opposed to the idea. Those who oppose it must be forced to support it. And now, spurred on by last week’s string of legal victories, they’ve taken a step further and said, you know what? While we’re at this, let’s just bring down the whole system, because that was the plan anyway. Suddenly, the likes of Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck look like the lesser of two evils to moderates.
As I’ve said before, I fear we could be looking very soon at something similar to the Troubles in Northern Ireland in parts of our country. I hope not, but the radicalism is reaching its peak. However, as they get more radical the support for such operations wouldn’t be very popular, so maybe it’s a good thing they’re doing this now.
While not attempting to take away anything from what is happening now; what is happening now is really a tempest in a tea cup compared to 1967-70.
In other words, it’s going to take a lot to get to how bad it was back then.

We changed the name of this event to “Burn the American Flag.” We did this for several reasons, all of which are hopefully obvious, and should ring true to everyone with a conscious. The Confederate flag has long been a symbol of white supremacy, slavery, and Jim Crow. However, the Confederacy lost the war the American flag has unceasingly, from the first day it was ever hung, represented the exact same thing.
It is the under the banner of the American flag that millions of black people have been incarcerated in this system of 21st century chattel slavery. It is under the American flag that Iraq, Vietnam, Nicaragua, and a countless list of countries were bombed into oblivion. It is under the American flag that Eric Garner, Akai Gurley, Sean Bell, and countless other black men were executed. And it is under the American flag that black people have never found justice. As Malcolm X said for black people “if you are south of the Canadian border you’re in the south.”
It is for this reason we changed the name: to not create any confusion about where we stand, and to make it crystal clear that the American system in its entirety must be condemned. Both flags are American flags and both flags deserve the same disdain from all of us.
Who cares, its not like anyone is going to stop them. The only people with balls for action are the ones doing things like burning flags, stomping on flags, tearing flags from government buildings, Adam and Steve getting hitched, etc. The only people you see who disagree are the ones on the sidelines bitching about it and nothing else.
There is also footage of a person going around the University of Texas campus, getting signatures to remove the statue of George Washington from the campus.
The flap over the flag in SC was NOT just about that flag…wake up people.
For the “Tolerance” preaching crowd to be so, not only intolerant, but oblivious to that fact, is the height of irony.

Well…some here cheered the removal of that flag in SC. Calling those that served in the CSA Army traitors and such. Yippee!..that nasty ol’ Southern flag is coming down! Suck it up you toothless redneck Southerners! …and so on.

I find it ironic the flag they are burning dates from 1960, after the end of slavery and segregation.

The hate the United States, period. The radicals are now feeling bold enough to say exactly what we’ve been told we were paranoid for warning people about for years. It is the very definition of political radicalism: The belief that the system is completely rotten at its very foundation and thus, can never be fixed and therefore must be completely destroyed and replaced with an entirely new system.
