Buffer Spring Noise?

In all the AR’s I built I have noticed a buffer spring noise, it sounds like there is a bunch of sand or dirt inside of the Receiver Extension, I have made sure to wipe out the Receiver Extensions and lube them up and there is still that awful noise. I was wondering what I could do to get rid of this noise, any ideas?

Put some lithium grease or a grease of your choice on the spring.

Could this just be from the parkerizing inside the tube? After a few hundred rounds, that would wear smooth and the sound will go away.
